When you type a question on Ask Eden, we store the question (with any email address or phone number removed), the date, which answer was shown, where your visit came from and whether you clicked through to WhatsApp. We use this to improve our answers and delete it after 12 months. We don’t store your IP address with it. Questions that don’t closely match a reviewed answer are sent to OpenAI to put together an answer from Eden’s reviewed answers, so please don’t include personal details.
