About Eden
What is Eden?
Eden is a homebuilding verification and construction assistance company in Liberia.
We help Liberians living abroad build homes by connecting them with trusted builders and professionals, independently inspecting construction work, and helping protect your money every step of the way.
What Eden Does
- Land & Property Verification – We help you check property ownership, documents, boundaries, and potential issues before you buy or build.
- Home Planning & Design – We connect you with professionals to design your home, prepare floor plans, and plan your construction project.
- Builders & Skilled Professionals – We help you find trusted builders and skilled professionals while independently inspecting their work.
- Independent Construction Inspections – Our on-demand inspectors visit your construction site, check completed work, document progress, identify problems, and recommend what to do next.
- Payment Protection & Contractor Accountability – We check completed work against agreed contracts and construction standards before recommending payment. If work is incomplete or doesn’t meet the agreed standards, we document the issues and require corrections under the contract before recommending payment.
